N+C at Crane Beach

What a great session! Nicole and Chris are two of the nicest people, and an absolutely perfect match. We met at Crane Beach in Ipswich for their engagement session. We strolled along the beach, chatting about their upcoming wedding and how they met. It was fabulous getting to know them. I can't wait until May to shoot their went at the Pelham House Resort on the Cape.

I'm thrilled to announce that k. Photographie has been chosen as one of 2010 Bride's Choice Award winners. This award recognizes and celebrates excellence in quality service within the wedding industry. I could not be happier about this. It just makes me that much more excited to start the 2010 wedding season in April!!

Chilly e-session

WOW! Was this shoot on a cold day or what. Erin and Ned endured the cold weather to get some great engagement photos. I will admit I was a little worried we wouldn't make it through the whole photo shoot, but Erin and Ned were the ultimate troupers. I didn't hear one complaint from either of them the entire time. My job was very easy on this particular day, I simply said "look at each other," and instantly they both smiled from ear to ear. Erin and Ned are so excited to walk down the aisle at Harrington Farm next October.

I photographed Juliana and Grace a couple weeks ago. I can't even tell you how adorable they are. They are twins, but clearly not identical. Juliana looking just like the Godfrey side, and Grace like her Parenti relatives. I don't get to do a lot of baby shoots, but when I do I absolutely LOVE it. So if you know anyone who has little ones, please let them know about k. Photographie!!

Winter Wedding

Ashely and Sean got married on a beautiful winter day at the Wellesley Country Club. I started the day with Ashley and the girls. Who knew that on a December day in New England it would be warm enough to get some photos outside. Ashley and Sean said their vows surrounded by friends and family in a church filled with Christmas trees and poinsettias. Check out some of the photos from their wedding day.
